Coach Access

Coaches with field passes (2-3 per team) are allowed on the track or infield during the meet but must remain clear of all staging and timing areas. Wristbands will be issued for field event coaches in LJ, TJ, HJ, and PV only. A designated coaches box will be set up for each event, and coaches must remain within their assigned area. Coaches outside their assigned area will be asked back to the box. For NFHS video review purposes, the Meet Director has established the entire coaching boxes considered a non-competition area and may be used by coaches to review video with their athletes. In the pole vault, the D zone outside of the runway will also be considered a non-competition area by Tiger Meet Management.

Schedule

The time schedule is tentatively posted but will be finalized after entries are finalized on Sunday April 5th. The meet will follow very closely to the posted event order, with a few adjustments from the standard California CIF order.

Discus: Discus will be contested in 2026. A newly built discus ring is in place and located across from the stadium near the softball field. Because school will be in session, there will be no access to the discus area until 3:00 PM. Please don't try and access as you will be turned away.

Entries

Distance races and field events will be overseeded in anticipation of scratches. No alternates will be listed in those events. In lane races, once the scratch window closes on Monday, April 6, the next athlete will be moved into any open lane and the meet will then be fully seeded.

There will be no alternates added on meet day. Athletes will be listed in the final heat sheets or they are not in the meet. Meet Management may adjust heat lane assignments based on no shows for lane races.

Please make sure athletes are confirmed before entering them. This is a highly entered invitational, and unused accepted entries take spots away from other schools and athletes that very much want to compete.

Team Fees are based on TOTAL EVENTS entered after the scratch window closes, not total athletes. There is a fee for every single event entered.

Entry Fees (per school, based on accepted entries):
1 to 4 events: $45 per accepted event
(# of accepted events × $45 → 1 event=$45 | 2 events=$90 | 3 events=$135 | 4 events=$180)

17 or more events: $25 per accepted event

Relays: $40 per accepted relay

Additional Information:
There is no official team max cap. For schools with a high number of accepted entries needing fee help, max caps may be discussed on a case by case basis by email. Please see your team invoice total and email meet director CB Richards at cbrichards600@gmail.com to request assistance.

Teams pay for all accepted entries. If an athlete scratches after accepted entries are finalized, that does not reduce the team invoice. Please understand that, if a school scratches an entry after Monday April 6th 5:00PM, those scratches will still be charged.

Late Entries: If space remains in select events, late entries may be considered. Any approved late addition will include a $50 administrative late fee in addition to normal entry fees.
